Stay cool in the ...heat this weekend! Staying cool and hydrated is super important for seniors in the heat. Encourage them to drink plenty of water, wear lightweight and light-colored clothing, and stay in shaded or air-conditioned areas during the hottest parts of the day. It's also essential to check on them regularly to ensure they're feeling okay in the heat.
